Our People

  • Leo Sprague

    DIRECTOR

    With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Leo has a practical approach with a can-do attitude that earned him a reputation for solving challenging problems.

    Leo has experience managing complex HVAC and electrical upgrades, meeting project milestones and completion dates, while ensuring the highest level of quality.

    Leo has developed internal HSEQ+S policies for multiple companies and performed as the HSEQ+S Officer on both defence and public sites

  • Colin Baggott

    DIRECTOR

    Colin has over 20 years’ experience in the engineering, construction, heritage works, asbestos, hazardous materials and project management fields.

    His experience ranges from working on civil and streetscape works for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, to project managing a range of heritage and recreational facilities for Sydney City Council.

    In 2004 Colin joined the SC DMM Defence Contract and since then has been a project lead for heritage, asbestos, hazmat projects and annual surveys for NSW and Victoria, including general defence projects.

  • Rob Stapleton

    DIRECTOR

    Rob has over 15 years’ experience in construction and project management. This experience ranges from an on-site shopfront and glass installer, a construction manager with oversight of the delivery of a $30 million - $100 million budget annually, and a construction company director turning over $7 million per annum.

    Rob specialises in the development of policies, procedures, planning, forecasting and management of multiple projects, to ensure delivery within the required quality standards, budget and timeframes.
