Aurify is honored to have won the tender to support Create NSW in its mission to transform The Rocks urban spaces. This project aims to redefine public amenities and retail spaces, seamlessly integrating them with the vibrant pulse of The Rocks.

We're enhancing the urban experience through the construction of new, state-of-the-art male and female public amenities, optimizing access to existing end-of-trip facilities, and revitalizing retail spaces to cater to food and beverage services. Throughout the endeavor, our focus remains on seamless integration, prioritizing minimal disruption to neighboring businesses and pedestrian traffic.

Working in a live environment near commercial operations, hotels, and food establishments presents challenges like noise, dust, and disruptions to pedestrian traffic. Solutions include out-of-hours work, dust suppression techniques, and clear pedestrian pathways. Coordinating with peak Cruise Ship visits adds complexity, requiring careful scheduling to minimize congestion. Effective communication with stakeholders is key to addressing concerns and maintaining transparency, showcasing Aurify's commitment to responsible construction practices.
