Nestle Factory De-fit and Boiler Removal

Client: ISS Facility Services

Location: NSW 2000

Service: Commercial Construction - Industrial

Completion: 2019

This project required the removal of all factory equipment, exhaust and range hoods, an entire clean down, and removal of the asbestos boiler and chimney from the factory.

The scope of works for this project included the supply of labour, parts and equipment to remove the existing boiler. This included the removal of all associated pipe work, roof stacks, roof sheeting and all electrical components.

Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) were identified during the works, and were safely removed and disposed of by a licensed contractor.

A full clean of the factory was then undertaken, including furniture removal and general cleaning.

We worked successfully with ISS, meeting all project milestones and reporting requirements and met all contractor quality procedures, safety and environment management requirements, as well as Australian Standards and Building Codes.
