During 2019, we undertook remediation works to the former Coroners Court in Sydney’s The Rocks.
The former court is located in a busy pedestrian and tourist area and listed as a Heritage building of state significance.
Working closely with heritage architects under a conversation plan, the works involved remediation to the heritage exterior, including extensive repair to ornate sandstone and the full removal and replacement of the slate roofing, gutters and downpipes.
Internally, the building required works to the stairs and flooring, electrical works and complete painting.
We also ensured a quality outcome using sub-contractors experienced at working on heritage buildings.
