Location: Vaucluse, NSW 2030

Service: Refurbishment

Sector: Government Commercial

Aurify undertook works to the heritage listed Vaucluse House Tea Room commercial kitchen.  The works required co-ordination with the tenant as the Tea Rooms remained operational throughout the works, through the use of a temporary external kitchen.

The works included demolition of the existing kitchen, structural upgrades, services upgrades, and alterations to the existing roof.

The new kitchen included new freezer and cool room, stainless steel benches and wall sheeting, custom range and chemical fire suppression system and commercial kitchen equipment. Walls were clad with white rock PVC sheeting and flooring was finished in concrete
